We are trying hard to serve your order to your appropriate products and sizes.

1.In case if you received the product as per your ordered size and it’s not a proper fit as per your desire , you can exchange your product within 7 days of delivery .

Note : In such kind of exchange , the cost would be beared by the customer . Not applicable in Surplus Jeans product category .

2. If wrong product or wrong size is delivered to you then you are eligible for a exchange 7 days of delivery.

3. There might be color differentiation in reality and the image of the product but we definately try to match the accuracy . In such case , we don’t exchange the product or do refunds .

  • You must intimate our customer support team within 7 days of delivery at support@captainmensboutique or at +91-9558689777 .
  • In Exchange , courier must be arranged by the customer .
  • All Products must be unused, unwashed and returned with the original packing & tags when we receive it.

RETURNS

We are working hard to provide you the latest fashion at affordable rates with best quality fabric and fit . Currently , we don’t support returns but in case of any kind of defects in the product , the order will be eligible for a return added that in such case the information is intimated to our team within 7 days of delivery through a mail on support@captainmensboutique.com with attached image of the defect on the product in the same mail or also , via a call at customer support number +91-9558689777 and send the image of defect on same number at whatsapp after which the return request would be accepted or might be rejected if doesn’t meet the requirements of our return policy . As the request is accepted by us , customer can opt for a exchange . All courier charges will be beared by Captain Mens Boutique .

REFUND POLICY

Refund is only possible in case your address is in a non-serviceable area of our courier partners. In such cases, the customer will get a refund within 6 – 7 of delivery after we receive the product, and the refunded amount will be processed after deductions of courier charges if any.

Refund mode :

Upi / Bank transfers / Phone Pe / Google Pay .

  • But in case of address being non-serviceable our team would contact you in a reasonable time asking for bank details to refund the advance or total amount which ever was received from the customer .
